Miles must be redeemed by placing order on Sindbad website only and it cannot be redeemed at Muscat Duty-Free shop floor.
Sindbad order must be collected within 90 days after order date and will be cancelled automatically after this period .
Sindbad order has to be placed on the Sindbad website at least 6 hours prior to the collection time.
Sindbad member or nominee must show the Sindbad order confirmation to the customer service desk staff of Muscat duty-free to be able to collect the order.
Sindbad member must inform customer service desk staff of Muscat duty-free if he/she is on transit flight .
If the Item ordered is not available in Muscat Duty Free shop, Sinbad team will suggest an alternative item without refund of the remaining miles . This will require Sinbad member confirmation .
If Sindbad member is not able to collect the requested order on time, they will be informed via email Sindbad@muscatdutyfree.com to proceed with confirmed nominee who will collect the order on behalf of the member, or new collection date and time .
If Sindbad member doesn’t have any travel plans then he/she can nominate someone to pick up the order from Muscat Duty Free store on their behalf.
Domestic flight members are not allowed to carry Spirits & Cigarettes.
Domestic flight members cannot place the order for arrival pick-up from Muscat Duty Free store.
